The following code of conduct is applied to all official proceedings of Notion Islamabad chapter this includes in – person & online events, mailing lists, blogs, marketing and any other operations that relate to the community.
To ensure a vibrant and open community, Notion Islamabad is committed to ensure a harassment and discriminative – free environment to all irrespective of race, gender, creed, religion, medical condition, political affiliation, level of experience and education.
Accepted behavior:
- All members shall remain professional within the community proceedings throughout and ensure a positive yet vibrant environment for all.
- The members of community shall always engage in a welcoming and inclusive language.
- Members must focus on working solely on what’s best for the community.
- Members must always be fully accountable for their actions. This includes any interactions done orally or in writing.
- Members of the community are to ensure the safeguard of confidential information.
Prohibited behavior:
- Trolling, insulting or any comments that leads to personal, religious or political attacks are strictly unacceptable.
- Any sort of harassment or discrimination with respect to caste, race, sexual orientation is intolerable.
- Members of the community are not allowed in any way to represent themselves or impersonate as any officials of Notion HQ.
- Violation of any Notion guidelines and regulations is strictly prohibited.
- It is strictly forbidden to engage in any form of sexual encounters within the community. We prioritize fostering an environment of respect and integrity, where personal interactions are solely focused on intellectual and platonic exchanges.
- Offering special treatment or providing any promotions in return for sexual favours is strictly prohibited.
- Members cannot copy any content from official sites, documentations or any other content from other sources without prior permission from the owner. This falls under plagiarism.
- Members of the community must avoid false claims of positions and roles.
Enforcement:
Instances of any harassment, discrimination or otherwise any unacceptable behavior must be reported to the community at [email protected]. All complaints and reports will be reviewed in an appropriate and professional manner according to the given circumstances. However, all reports and complaints shall remain confidential.
